Description

This is a short 3-monthproject due to funds ending on 6 / 30 / 25.

Statement of Work (SOW) : Intranet Site Rebuild Project

1. Project Overview

This project aims to redesignand rebuild the agencys internal intranet site to improve its usability,accessibility, and functionality. The new intranet will serve as a central hubfor internal communication, resources, and business operations across keyfunctional areas.

2. Objectives

Deliver a modern,user-friendly intranet design that reflects the agencys brand and enhancesemployee engagement.

Implement secureauthentication and access control using Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AzureAD).

Build structured and easilynavigable content areas for the following core business functions :

Policies and Procedures

Human Resources

Procurement and Contracts

Communications and Marketing

Information Technology

3. Scope of Work

The contractor will :

Conduct a discovery phase thatincludes stakeholder interviews and current state analysis.

Design a responsive andaccessible intranet user interface that aligns with state or agency brandingguidelines.

Implement Microsoft Azure ADauthentication for seamless user access and role-based permissions.

Build out content templatesand navigation for the identified core functional areas.

Migrate existing content whereapplicable and assist with content organization.

Provide training anddocumentation for content editors and administrators.

4. Deliverables

Intranet design mockups andwireframes

Azure AD integration forsecure access

Functional intranet withstructured content areas

Administrator and contenteditor training sessions

Final documentation, includingsystem architecture, user guides, and maintenance plans

5. Timeline

Project completion is expectedfrom the project kickoff by June 30, 2025. A detailed project plan withmilestones will be developed during the discovery phase.

6. Assumptions

Agency staff will providetimely access to existing intranet content and technical resources.

The agency will assigninternal stakeholders for feedback and approval processes.
