Position Overview :

Optigy is seeking Emergency Medicine physicians to join a well-supported, community-based Emergency Department in Muskogee, OK. This Level III Trauma Center serves as a regional hub across a seven-county area, offering robust specialty support and a rewarding opportunity for physicians who value high-quality care in a close-knit community.

ED Volume : 35,000 annual visits

Beds : 21

Admission Rate : 18%

Designations : Level III Trauma Center & Certified Primary Stroke Center

EMR : Epic

Support Specialties Onsite : Hospitalist, Surgery, Orthopedics, Critical Care, Urology

Employment Models : W-2 and 1099 available

J-1 Visa Sponsorship & H1B Cap Exempt Available

Compensation :

Base Compensation : $250 / hr (W2) $290 / hr (1099)

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $90,000

CME / BEA : $4,000 tax-free annually

New Grad Package : $6,500 + licensing costs (state & DEA) in year one
