Pay Information $375 to $425 per hour About The Position Urology Locums Assignment in Pennsylvania - Only 1 Week Per Month Are you a Urologist looking for a consistent, low-commitment locums assignment? This ongoing coverage need offers an ideal schedule for maintaining work-life balance, with assignments available starting early next year. Highlights : Block scheduling - only 5 consecutive shifts required per month. Enjoy an excellent work-life balance with extended time off between blocks. APP mid-level coverage is available during daytime hours. Malpractice insurance is included for the duration of your assignment. Practice Setting : Mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities. Coverage includes an outpatient office and IP call at two non-trauma hospitals. This assignment involves caring for adult patients. Schedule : Work a block of 5 consecutive shifts each month. Clinic hours are generally Monday-Friday, 8a-4p. 24-hour pager call with a 30-minute response time is required. Procedures and Cases : Focus on general urology cases and procedures. Clinic volume is approximately 20-25 patients per day. Night call volume is typically low. Requirements : Must be Board Certified in Urology. Current ACLS and BLS certifications are required. Requires a minimum of 36 months of experience. Credentialing Requirements : The credentialing timeframe is approximately 90 days. This opportunity is open to physicians who need to obtain a new state license.
