Job Responsibilities:
Utilize SQL server to analyze, query and manipulate data according to defined business rules and procedures.
Log and report data issues, software defects and tracks progress.
Provide oversight and management of the offshore QA team to ensure work adherence, quality output, and timely delivery
Develop test plans for new data acquisitions and ensure proper testing in development
Test/validate business rules for automated QC Tool for Production data load
Coordinate within various teams to ensure open items are completed timely
Maintain inventory and ensure enforcement of data quality rules
Interface with Data Operations / Governance to receive / provide inputs with respect to data quality reporting
Perform regression testing at critical junctions to ensure preservation of existing data integrity
Coordinate activities/implementations with other projects, work groups, and management at all levels
As an individual, as part of a team, responsible for small to medium size project planning, status updates, risk management and bringing assigned projects to a successful conclusion.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of related experience.
Regularly works on issues/problems where analysis of multiple situations or multiple points of data requires a review of a variety of factors.
Issues are generally non-standard and require experience and familiarity with data to resolve efficiently.
Regularly makes recommendations to department policies.
Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint and project management skills
Proficient working with the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills with technical and non-technical team members
Proficient in designing and completing business analysis, data analysis and drawing credible conclusions and recommendations.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with real estate/public records industry.
Ability to work independently in a matrix organization
Proficient in SQL
Ability to work well in a diverse environment
Knowledge on Real Estate and Property Tax is a plus
Annual Pay Range:
