Familiarity with common welding concepts, practices, and procedures. Ability to follow instructions and work under close supervision. Must be able to lift over 30 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks. Expected exposure to machinery, chemicals, or other physical risks.
Talascend is currently seeking a Welder for a contract opportunity located in Torrance, CA.
Responsibilities :
- Perform welding tasks to fabricate or repair metal structures and components.
- Interpret technical documents such as blueprints and schematics.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and durability.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
