Application Developer

As ForTec continues to grow we are seeking an Application Developer responsible for designing developing and maintaining front-end applications. A successful candidate will design and develop high-quality customer enterprise applications adhering to agile methodology and perform code reviews.  The Application Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality application solutions that meet business requirements.

Additional job responsibilities are outlined below :

• Design and develop front-end components of web applications
• Ensure the scalability performance and security of applications
• Collaborate with UI / UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues as needed
• Work closely and collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements deliver solutions ensure a clear understanding of the code architecture and backlog priorities
• Actively participate in Agine ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives to guide the development process
• Work with the sprint coordinator to ensure that sprints are aligned with the sprint goals and that technical blockers are removed
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality maintainability and adherence to coding standards
• Provide constructive feedback to team members
