Position Overview:

The company's continued growth has brought us a unique opportunity to join our team as an Intake Operations Representative (Asset Control Representative). Reporting to the Manager of Asset Controls, the Asset Control Representative will be responsible for the daily operations of all vault operations. They will work in a team environment to accomplish team set goals by tracking, storing, and managing the assets we receive. This position is based in our Tigard, OR office. This position will be expected to work 4x10 hour day shifts between Friday-Monday.

General Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex challenges
• Work cohesively in a team setting to meet daily deadlines and ensure operational success
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance day-to-day operations
• Manage special projects and urgent needs as they arise
• Oversee and safeguard high-value assets
• Ensure efficient inventory management
• Be adaptable to take on additional tasks as needed, with or without prior notice

Asset Control Representative Responsibilities:

• Accurately scan, receive, and log incoming mail, ensuring proper documentation under camera surveillance
• Process and categorize asset submissions based on client specifications
• Prepare items for imaging, including cleaning cards and removing packaging
• Operate imaging stations to capture standard-sized card images
• Utilize appropriate stations for imaging comic books and large items
• Re-image cards when necessary
• Crop, review, and upload/import images for accuracy
• Title vintage cards according to Fanatics Collect's established format
• Title modern trading cards following Fanatics Collect's guidelines
• Title Pokmon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh, and other trading card games according to Fanatics Collect's standards
• Curate and archive items for safekeeping
• Perform quality control and review of auction listings
• Reapply archival stickers to items as needed
• Facilitate transfers of items between locations
• Attach videos to Premier Auction listings for enhanced presentation

Qualifications:

Preferred:

• Experience or a strong interest in the trading card hobby
• Ability to commit to a schedule of 4x10-hour shifts (starting between 5 AM and 8 AM) from Friday to Monday
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent multitasking ability
