Castell’s is looking for a bartender with real command of cocktail fundamentals and the ability to move with speed and precision. Someone who stays clean, organized, and consistent throughout service. No theatrics. No fuss. Just disciplined, confident bartending.

What we need

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and balanced builds
• Fast, efficient workflow without sacrificing accuracy
• Clean, buttoned up bar presence
• Comfort with inventory, product tracking, and ordering
• Professionalism with guests and quiet confidence behind the bar
• Interest in spirits and cocktail history
• Mixology background or curiosity is a plus
