Job Description

• Maintain and repair all plant equipment.
• Altering or building equipment, to increase production and improve quality.
• Install / Prepare new or additional equipment.
• Preventative maintenance.
• Maintain and repair building and grounds.
• May include other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Understand and follow all policies and procedures of the facility.  Must follow well-established industry standards and OSHA regulations at all times.

Must have the ability to communicate with supervision, vendors, and those who operate the equipment and understand the situation and terminology.  Written, verbal and basic PC skills are necessary for filling out paper work, inputting data for time reporting, researching vendors and parts ordering.

The pay range for this role at the noted location is

$18.00 - $24.00 / hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but

not limited to : education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift,

and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total

compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in,

and stand-by pay. RRD offers benefits including medical, dental, and vision
