Job Description :

The Network Engineer role is responsible for the planning design engineering testing and implementation phases of IT projects to ensure the confidential integrity and availability of Pattersons information assets and systems. The role will often provide IT consultation on both Infrastructure and IT projects and serve as an expert in the maintenance and remediation of IT platform issues.

Essential Functions

• Accountable for the design implementation deployment integration and initial engineering of IT solutions and enhancements to existing IT solutions within assigned technology area(s)
• Facilitate the establishment of baselines to monitor systems and applications for IT related issues; proactively monitor to identify potential issues and consult on resolutions
• Provide guidance and contribute to the creation of standards processes and procedures; identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
• Assist with the resolution of escalated alerts service requests and incidents; may assist team with prioritization based on impact of issue
• collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to prioritize IT risks provide mitigation or remediation recommendations and implement IT controls
• Provide information to appropriate teams to ensure updated documentation and knowledge management within assigned technology area(s)
• Comply with Company and department policies and standards; performs other duties as assigned
• Accountability for network optimization and performance tuning security architecture and implementation and standards compliance

The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount could exceed this range based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market) experience and skills.
