About the Role

We are looking for a visionary Lead Blockchain Architect to spearhead the development of our next-generation blockchain and gaming platform. In this key leadership position, you will design a high-throughput and low-latency blockchain capable of supporting massive parallel execution for large-scale gaming applications. Your expertise will guide the blockchain architecture, ecosystem infrastructure development, and innovation in tooling, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring our vision to life.

As a founding member of our leadership team, you will also recruit, mentor, and lead a talented blockchain engineering team. We seek candidates with a proven track record in blockchain infrastructure projects, demonstrating deep expertise in consensus algorithms, distributed systems, and smart contract platforms. A strong background in scaling blockchain performance, with hands-on experience in performance-critical programming languages, is crucial. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks is essential for this role.

We value innovation and entrepreneurial spirit; hence, candidates should thrive in a high-growth environment. While not mandatory, experience in gaming or entertainment infrastructure, knowledge of cryptography, zero-knowledge proofs, or secure multi-party computation, as well as familiarity with AI-driven systems or developer tool ecosystems, will be advantageous.
