[job_card.job_description]Oversees the provision of all services at the front desk of the luxury residential building Promptly answers phone calls, requests, and concerns, while responding to all resident inquiries in a professional and timely manner Assists residents with move-in and move-out procedures. Warmly welcomes residents, guests, and vendors. Ensures that all visitors have been properly registered. Adheres to emergency key procedures, manage key insurance policy, and control keyboard. package handling, dry cleaning, event planning, local directions, and courtesy calls. 2 : 30pm-11 : 00pm Duration through January 31st, 2026 Qualification and Requirements of the Concierge : 1+ year experience as a concierge, or 2+ years’ experience in a hospitality role Must demonstrate commitment to deliver outstanding customer service Self-motivated, trustworthy, and works with limited supervision. Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office High school diploma or GED, College education preferred. Must be able to lift and carry packages over 25 lbs on a regular basis. Must be 21 years of age or older to comply with regulations for accepting packages containing alcohol Physical Requirements of the Concierge :
