Job Title : Registered Nurse Profession : Nursing Specialty : Med Surg / Telemetry Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Days Hours per Shift : 12 hours Experience : At least 2 years of previous Med Surg / Telemetry experience required. At least 1 travel contract completed. License : Current state license required. Certifications : ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS. Must-Have : Proof of taxable address. Description : This position offers same-day interviews. Please prepare qualified candidates to receive a call from a 405 area code. As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. Holiday work is required, with a limit of 1 day off requested between designated holiday periods for all travelers. Work history and a resume must be provided. A skills checklist, which must have been completed within 1 year of submission, is required. License verification and a copy of required certifications are also necessary. One supervisory reference is required at the time of submission. Acceptable documents to prove taxable address include a driver’s license, current utility bill, lease or rental agreement, mortgage statement or bill, homeowner’s or renter’s insurance statement or bill, voter registration, bank statement, or auto insurance.
