Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)

Available Shifts : 8 D

Pay Rate : $1814.75 - $1988.50

No more than a 30-day work gap and MUST HAVE references within the past year, no exceptions! PT with 1+ years of experience needed for Home Health - previous home health experience is required. ND license and BLS required. Must have current Driver's License & Auto Insurance. Area covered is 60mi radius around Valley City, ND, can expect 5-7 patients per day. EMR is HomeCare / HomeBase. Dress is CSH color scrub or Business Casual. All RTO is required at time of submission or will be denied.
