Job Summary :

The Ultrasound Imaging Specialist is responsible for conducting diagnostic procedures using ultrasound technology to examine tissues and body structures. You will provide high-quality images for radiologists and physicians to interpret. This role encompasses all aspects of ultrasound procedures, including abdominal, pelvic, gynecologic, small parts, Doppler studies, and interventional procedures. You will use your understanding of growth and development principles to assess and address the individual needs of each patient, ensuring age-specific treatment and care.

Qualifications

• Requirements :
• Graduate of an Accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program specializing in Sonography, credentialed by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) by the hire date or job transfer date.
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer - ARDMS or RDMS.
• New graduates are welcome to apply. Proficient in real-time imaging, color flow, Doppler studies, transvaginal procedures, biopsies, and other interventional techniques.
