As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in meeting the nursing needs of our residents while embodying our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. Your responsibilities will include ensuring a safe and healthy environment for everyone, coordinating assignments with care partners, and promoting accountability within the team to enhance resident care and satisfaction.

Compensation : $30-38 / hr based on experience, with additional shift differentials for evening and overnight shifts. New graduates are encouraged to apply!

To excel in this role, you should have :

• Experience in skilled nursing, acute, or long-term care (preferred)
• A current LPN / LVN license in your state
• A valid CPR certification
