Salary : $16.50 / hour + Commission

As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your primary responsibility is to generate qualified leads and set up meetings for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, goal-oriented, and eager to start a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prospect and identify potential customers through research, outbound calls, emails, and social media.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Territory Managers.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs for calls, emails, and meetings booked.

Location : Work from our corporate office in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.

Schedule : Monday Saturday (5-day workweek with some flexibility).
