A company is looking for a Collections Specialist to manage revenue collection from business customers.
Key Responsibilities
Receive inbound calls for collections, payment arrangements, and billing inquiries
Meet established monthly collection objectives and manage past due accounts
Prepare monthly collection reports and collaborate with various teams to reconcile accounts
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in B2B collections
Ability to overcome objections and provide solutions
Demonstrated competence and professionalism in interactions
Well-organized with timely deliverables and anticipation of workload issues
Bonus : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
