Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist :

• Manage and execute employee benefit payroll deductions efficiently.
• Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for employees utilizing ADP Workforce Now.
• Maintain accurate personnel database and payroll records.
• Verify time and attendance records for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with HR team members to update and maintain employee data in the payroll system.
• Stay informed about multi-state payroll tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll promptly and professionally.
• Offer appropriate payroll-related guidance to supervisors and managers.
• Prepare and reconcile payroll reports for management review.
• Aid in year-end procedures, including W-2 preparation and distribution.
