[job_card.job_description]Delivering and coordinating comprehensive, evidence-based patient care. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and compassionate care. Utilizing clinical judgment and critical thinking skills to support optimal outcomes. Post-operative craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resections. Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries. Hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program. Become part of a supportive team culture that fosters connection and teamwork. Engage in an environment that values continuous learning and patient-centered care. Registered Nurse license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA. Completion of an accredited nursing program. Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience. Ability to provide holistic patient care with a patient and family focus. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organization, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry patients and equipment. Must be able to perform transfers and operate necessary medical equipment. May require exposure to hazardous materials; protective gear will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits :
- Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25
- Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift
- Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000
- Tuition Assistance : Up to $7,200
- RN Referral Bonus : $5,000 (for Advocate Aurora teammates)
