Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the roadmap for internal tools and platforms that support operations

Gather and prioritize feedback from internal stakeholders to enhance product features

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and compliant solutions

Required Qualifications

3-6 years of product management experience, preferably in platform teams or internal tooling

Experience with internal platforms serving multiple cross-functional teams

Understanding of crypto or direct experience in blockchain, DeFi, or exchange operations is a plus

Experience in regulated environments such as fintech or financial services

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
