A company is looking for an Entry Level ERISA Compliance Analyst.
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare nondiscrimination testing, Form 5500s, and plan document amendments for assigned clients
Learn and maintain a working knowledge of qualified plan regulations and necessary software tools
Respond to ERISA technical questions from plan sponsors or administrators and complete additional compliance-related projects as assigned
Required Qualifications :
Accounting or finance degree preferred, or one year of related work experience with accounting classes
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
Ability to obtain proficiency in Relius, Ft William, and the company CRM platform
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
Prior experience with Relius Administration or similar software is a plus
