What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner
• Coordinate and dispatch technicians for service appointments
• Troubleshoot basic system issues with customers over the phone
• Schedule, track, and update service requests in our CRM system
• Communicate with field technicians and office staff to ensure efficient service delivery
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and customer information

What You Bring

• Experience in customer service, scheduling, administrative support, or dispatching
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence using scheduling or customer management software
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and solutions-oriented under pressure
