We are seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to support a dynamic program based in Laurel, MD. This role is critical in designing, developing, and maintaining detailed, resource-loaded schedules across implementation, development, and operational efforts. The scheduler will collaborate closely with both technical and programmatic teams to ensure schedule accuracy, alignment, and real-time visibility into progress. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Project, with experience developing and maintaining individual project schedules, integrating multiple schedules into a cohesive Master Program Schedule, and building Integrated Master Plans (IMPs) that reflect both project-level milestones and overarching program goals.

Responsibilities :

• Facilitate weekly meetings
• Provide recommendations to the Program Manager for allocation of management reserve to address resource / schedule constraints.
• Coordinate a crosswalk of milestones and inter-dependencies among projects and / or functional areas (engineering, manufacturing, test, quality control, etc.)
• Develops and maintains the overall Master Program / Project Schedule and the integration of multiple project schedules into an overall Master Program Schedule.
• Implements schedule version control processes, policies, and procedures.
• Understands critical path and works closely with a development team to understand the Master Schedule and the effect that decisions and missed deadlines have on the Project Schedule.

Pay Range : $49,996.80 - $290,004.00

Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to : level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
