Licensed Practical Nurse

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). delivers exceptional service by meeting client’s needs and by ensuring all health needs, the safety of all clients and personal needs are met. The L.P.N. assists the R.N. with planning, coordinating, and managing the care service and complies with the care regulations.

32 Hours per Week Essential Functions

• Primary Responsibility :

Manage medications, including ordering, renewals, and weekly pillbox preparation.
