Mid- to Senior Level Private Equity Corporate Associate Attorney

Kinney Recruiting is working with a longstanding client, a leading biglaw firm, on a search for a private equity M&A associate for the firm's Washington DC office. Candidates should have at least five (5) years of experience within a large firm corporate practice representing private equity clients in a range of transactions including acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures. We are particularly interested in candidates with mid-cap deal experience within the healthcare and energy sectors. A JD from a highly-ranked law school and admission to the District of Columbia bar are required.
