A company is looking for a Quality Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules

Lead and develop crewmembers while ensuring adherence to safety and food safety procedures

Evaluate job performance and drive continuous improvement of waste elimination

Required Qualifications

1 year of quality experience in production / manufacturing

Able to frequently lift and / or move up to 60 pounds

Proven experience in leadership / supervisory roles

Must be able to speak, read, and write in English for safety and quality reasons

Preferred certifications : HACCP, PCQI, Allergen Control, and 21CFR Part 110 training
