Equity Middle Office Analyst

Well established broker dealer is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Equity Middle Office Analyst to join our team. This role sits between the Front Office and Operations, ensuring seamless trade support, accurate position management, and timely resolution of trade and settlement issues. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of equity products, trade flows, and lifecycle management, with the ability to liaise effectively across multiple teams and external counterparties.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between the Front Office, Operations, Risk, and external brokers for equity trading activity.
• Monitor and reconcile daily equity trades across cash, swaps, and derivatives.
• Manage trade capture, enrichment, and verification in internal systems.
• Resolve trade breaks and settlement issues in coordination with Operations and counterparties.
• Perform intraday and end-of-day position, P&L, and risk reconciliations.
• Support corporate action processing and ensure accurate reflection in positions and P&L.
• Assist in onboarding new clients, accounts, and trading strategies.
