Principal Procurement Officer

A company is looking for a Principal, Strategic Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

Embed procurement strategies within the five-year roadmap to enhance technology modernization and operational scalability

Lead end-to-end vendor acquisition processes, including RFP development, ROI analysis, and negotiation

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure vendor solutions align with transformation goals and regulatory obligations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, operations management, or a related field; procurement certification or MBA preferred

8+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, and strategic sourcing, preferably in a regulated industry

Strong knowledge of contract requirements, SLA development, and risk management frameworks

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders

Experience with services and products using artificial intelligence and progressive technologies
