Hours & Pay

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM (1st Shift)

Pay Rate : $24.00 per hour

Employment Type : Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do

• Create and manage purchase orders, process invoices, and ensure all financial documentation is accurate and approved.
• Serve as the point of contact for contract employees, coordinate with staffing agencies, and assist with onboarding and scheduling.
• Support timekeeping and payroll reporting to ensure timely submissions.
• Assist with employee engagement activities, including recognition programs, events, and communications across the site.
• Track safety metrics, incidents, and compliance records in coordination with the Safety team.
• Support leadership teams (HR, Safety, Quality, Operations) to align administrative priorities with production and logistics goals.
• Manage site security badging systems and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as meeting scheduling, recordkeeping, and visitor support.
• Provide backup support to other distribution sites as needed to maintain continuity.
