Regional Account Manager

A company is looking for a Regional Account Manager (Malaysia / Singapore Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute an Account Strategy focused on customer satisfaction and business growth

Identify upselling opportunities and collaborate with other account managers

Maintain accurate forecasts and document all customer interactions in Siebel

Required Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing and growing accounts

Experience in strategic account management and revenue forecasting

Preferably 2 years of Account Executive experience

Permanently residing in Malaysia
