A company is looking for a Researcher (Quantitative).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct studies and support program improvement and evaluation in employment, education, and disability
Analyze quantitative data and develop rigorous study designs for various projects
Present findings and disseminate information to policy, practitioner, and researcher audiences
Required Qualifications
Ph.D. in economics, public policy, sociology, education, statistics, data science, or a related field; or a Master's degree with relevant coursework and experience
Strong quantitative analytical skills with training in causal inference methodologies
Experience with programming languages such as R, Python, or STATA
Ability to work well in teams
Flexibility for a start date in early 2026 is of interest
