We're looking for a leader with the following :

Proven Leadership (3+ years) : You have a demonstrably successful track record of leading and motivating crews in landscaping  and related projects.

Safety First : You prioritize a safe work environment and ensure your crew adheres to all safety protocols.

Hands-on Expertise : You possess a strong skillset in various construction tasks, including :

Site Preparation : Excavation, grading, concrete work (curbing, patching)

Finishing Touches : Light carpentry, painting, and similar tasks

Equipment Proficiency : You're skilled in operating skid steers, loaders, and excavators.

Eagle Eye : A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality are essential.

Problem-Solving Savvy : You can quickly assess situations and find effective solutions.

Professional Demeanor : You take pride in your work ethic and professional presentation.
