Key Responsibilities :
Lead and mentor a team of Implementation Coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability and inclusion
Translate company goals into clear priorities, managing complex initiatives for operational improvement
Ensure effective day-to-day execution of advertiser onboarding and ad launches while driving process improvements
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
4+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least 2+ years in people leadership roles
Proven success managing operational teams in dynamic environments
Experience in cross-functional collaboration and project ownership
Strong operational and strategic skills, using data to inform decisions
