Locum OB / GYN Laborist needed in Chico, CA

Independent Medical Center & Level II Trauma Center

Daily Rate with 4 gratis hours included for 24 / hrs + call back + travel expenses

Credentialing : 1 month

Start : 8 / 1 / 25

Schedule : 24-hour laborist position

8 / 1 would be EMR / Epic Training

8 / 15 - Primary 24 hour-call

8 / 16 - Back up call

8 / 17 - Primary 24 hour-call

9 / 5 - Primary 24 hour-call

9 / 6 - Back up call

9 / 7 - Primary Primary 24 hour-call

9 / 26 - Primary 24 hour-call

9 / 27 - Back up call

9 / 28 - Primary 24 hour-call

Patient Volume : 2,000 annual births

They will be responsible for 24-hour in house call on Fridays and Sundays and they will be back up call on Saturdays

Procedures : No circumcisions

Responsible for midwives and overseeing them

Friday - 24 hour in house call

Saturday - Back up

Sunday - 24 hour in house call

Level II Trauma Center

They have a full Trauma Team

Full ED Team

24-hour in house Anesthesia team

When they are on back up call there will be 1 other physician on back up call with them as well, so they will have back up if needed.
