Job Title : Part-time Occupational Therapist : Home Health

Location : Daytona, FL

Setting : Home Health

Pay Range : $1200-$1400 / weekly (or hourly)

Schedule : 8-Hour Days, up to 3 days per week

Contract Length : 13 Weeks

Candidate Type : Local and traveler friendly

Requirements :

1 years of experience as a OT
Qualified applicants MUST have at least 1 year of experience in Home Health
MUST have at least 1 year of experience with Homecare Homebase EMR
Valid Occupational Therapist license
Be willing to obtain FL licensure
