A company is looking for a Manager, Employee Relations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee relations cases including intake, interviews, documentation review, and coaching
Conduct investigations and recommend disciplinary actions based on company policy
Oversee the exit interview process and manage metrics and reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field required; Master's Degree preferred
4+ years of Human Resources experience; 5+ years preferred
Human Resources experience in the pharmaceutical industry required
1+ years of Human Resources Business Partner experience; 2+ years preferred
Demonstrated strong business acumen and coaching / counseling skills required
