Overview :

Our team is expanding, and we’re seeking a Project Manager experienced in healthcare construction. This position manages hospital renovations and medical office buildouts across the Cleveland metro.

Responsibilities :

Oversee healthcare facility projects from start to finish

Coordinate with hospital administration and design teams

Maintain safety and infection control standards

Manage project budgets, documentation, and change orders

Qualifications :

5+ years of construction project management experience

Healthcare or institutional experience preferred

Field supervisory experience a plus
