Developer Relations Engineer

A company is looking for a Developer Relations Engineer (API).

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the authority on the API, assisting customers with authentication, endpoint usage, and data management

Diagnose issues by reviewing payloads and logs, providing troubleshooting support, and escalating complex problems to Engineering

Create and maintain developer resources, including examples, documentation, and integration walkthroughs

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in supporting developers with API integrations

Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and authentication methods

Ability to read, write, and debug code in languages such as Python or cURL

Familiarity with tools like Postman, Swagger, and JIRA

Experience in building integrations with various third-party applications
