A company is looking for a Senior Oracle Database Administrator (AWS).

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain cloud-based databases, including Oracle and MySQL in AWS environments

Troubleshoot and resolve database issues across various environments, ensuring security and performance optimization

Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and operational procedures for database management

Required Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration in large production environments

3-5 years of experience with AWS RDS, including Aurora, MySQL, and PostgreSQL

Experience with Oracle RMAN backup / recovery and AWS KMS encryption

Familiarity with LDAP authentication and RBAC concepts

3+ years of experience with AWS cloud services such as EC2, RDS, and S3
