Job Description

Prominent firm with a national defense practice is seeking a Litigation Attorney for their growing Orange County office. A book of business is not required to be considered for a Partner role.

Ideal candidate will have 8+ years of Litigation experience in one or more of the following areas :

General Liability, Product Liability, Construction Defect, Catastrophic Injury, Wrongful Death, Transportation / Trucking, Medical Malpractice, Premises Liability, Auto, Habitability, Personal Injury, Professional Liability, Civil Litigation, Environmental / Toxic Tort, Insurance Defense.

Responsibilities :

  • Attend depositions, court hearings and mediations
  • Handle cases from inception to conclusion
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs
  • Provide status reports and communicate with clients

Qualifications :

  • Pre-trial and / or trial experience
  • Strong research and writing skills
  • 8+ years of litigation experience
  • Licensed to practice and in good standing in California
  • Experience cross-examining plaintiffs and other fact witnesses desired
  • Experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions

    • Base Compensation Range 180k-230k DOE+ Bonus + Benefits + Hybrid or Fully Remote
