Outside Sales Associate

Launch your sales career with Modern Remodeling. We're looking for ambitious, outgoing individuals who want to grow in outside sales, backed by hands-on training and real career advancement opportunities.

Your Role

  • Generate and qualify new leads across Northern Virginia, focusing on homeowners impacted by storm damage.
  • Educate homeowners on our services and guide them through the remodeling / restoration process.
  • Manage your sales pipeline from first introduction to signed agreement.
  • Collaborate with experienced estimators and use industry-leading software to win business.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skillsyou enjoy meeting new people.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of follow-through and persistence.
  • Coachable and eager to learnyou see feedback as fuel.
  • Professional, reliable, and able to manage your own schedule effectively.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    • Preferred Experience

    Background in sales, customer service, or construction is a plusbut not required. If you bring the drive, we'll provide the tools and training.
