We are open to candidates that reside within the Dallas, TX area but also outside of DFW within Texas, Arizona, Florida, Alabama, North Carolina, or Nevada ONLY.

We are seeking a Mid-Level Software Developer who is passionate about enabling a great member experience with emerging technologies to join our team. This position leads high-impact initiatives and drives innovation across multiple teams and ensures alignment with long-term business goals. You’ll help identify issues with the current architecture and determine how to evolve the current architecture in an incremental manner.

You will be hands-on with C# , .Net, Angular and will need Cloud Architecture knowledge.

Position Overview & Responsibilities :

• Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.
• Translate and document business needs into technical requirements using deep dive sessions with business and technical teams.
• Define standard development practices to follow and gate check development milestones for compliance.
• Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
• Improves operations by conducting systems analysis, recommending changes in policies and procedures.
• Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment, participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Protects projects by keeping information confidential.
• Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and support issues.
