Job details We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator specializing in dirt work, excavation, and site preparation. In this role, you will be the architectural backbone of our bidding process, transforming complex blueprints into precise cost evaluations.

Site Analysis: Evaluate soil reports and site conditions to identify potential risks or cost-saving opportunities.

Strategy: Develop competitive bidding strategies based on equipment availability and historical production data.

Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure the transition from "estimated" to "built" is seamless.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Preferred Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.

Preferred previous experience with dirt work.

Qualifications:
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in estimating software (Bluebeam) and Excel

Analytical Mindset: Ability to read and interpret complex civil engineering plans and specifications.
