The Vitamin Shoppe is looking for a part-time Sales Lead. Responsibilities include:

• Acting as a direct support for your management team- executing with excellence.
• Achieving and exceeding daily sales and productivity goals- while supporting others as they do the same.
• Building loyalty through personalized customer connections creating positively memorable shopping experiences and building baskets -AKA selling.
• Working with integrity; acting as Manager On Duty in absence of Store Manager/ Assistant Manager/Key Holder.
• Efficiently processing customer transactions, merchandise shelves and price products accordingly.
• Mastering product knowledge by participating in continuous learning activities.
• Collaborating with an amazing team of Health Enthusiasts.
• Maintaining regular store maintenance, following loss prevention standards, ensuring timely processing of product receipts, keeping shelves full and products priced accordingly.
• Being willing to perform additional duties as required.

Who you are

• Enthusiasm and ability to effectively engage customers and Health Enthusiasts.
• A passion for the health & wellness industry.
• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (i.e. Holidays, weekends, locations) depending on business needs as a part-time associate.
