Ultimate Care NY is seeing a motivated and people oriented Field Recruiter to join our team. The Field Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and engaging caregiver candidates directly from the community. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized and passionate about connecting great talent with meaningful work that makes a difference in the lives of our patients and families.

Working under the direction of the Field Recruitment Manager, the Field Recruiter builds relationships with schools, training programs, and referral networks to bring qualified HHAs and PCAs into the agency. Each Field Recruiter is paired with a designated HR Onboarding Coordinator, ensuring that all collected documentation is promptly forwarded for verification and processing. The role is highly mobile, focused on community engagement, applicant screening, and maintaining a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.

This is a field based role with compensation $22.00 to $23.00 per hour based on relevant experience.
