Position Summary :

Lead the design and deployment of the DuBois Production System, a structured and repeatable model transforming value streams across North America. Your mission : cultivate CI and problem solving as core capabilities, embedding sustainable improvements that deliver measurable operational performance and strategic advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

Operational Leadership :

• Support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of materials.
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff to ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts, audits, and use of warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Monitor performance metrics and assist in implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency and service levels.
• Coordinate with Planning, Quality, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
• Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance.
