Triple R Brothers (DBA, Ritter Lumber, Ideal Lumber, Montalbano Lumber) is a leading provider in the building materials industry, committed to quality and service. We are currently seeking an experienced, full-time on-site Credit Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Beaumont / Nederland, TX area.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Credit analysis and granting credit limits, updating of limits when applicable
  • Reconciling payments daily, ensuring timely collection of receivables
  • Monitor periodic credit reviews
  • Prepare and review accounts payable aging reports with management and escalate overdue accounts
  • Coordinating & communicating with sales team
  • Communication with attorneys, sending demand letters and filing liens
  • Effective communication within the organization
  • Additional accounting assistance where needed

Qualifications :

  • Ability to self-manage
  • Credit Management skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Willingness to learn credit related laws; strong preference for Lien Rights Laws in TX
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred but not required.
