A background in fast-casual or quick-service restaurants is a plus. / pp Leadership : Strong leadership and people management skills to effectively lead a team and foster a positive work environment. / pp Customer Service : Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. / pp Communication : Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to relay information to team members and management. / pp Problem-Solving : Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, resolving issues with minimal disruption. / pp Multitasking : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. / pp Attention to Detail : High level of attention to detail in maintaining restaurant standards and meeting customer expectations. / ppJob Requirements : / pp Ability to stand for extended periods (4-8+ hours) with periodic breaks. / pp Perform repetitive motions, including frequent use of hands and arms for tasks such as chopping, stirring, carrying, and operating equipment. / pp Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level. / pp Capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder as needed. / pp Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening as required by the role. / pp Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly as part of job duties, including but not limited to food supplies, dishware, and equipment.
