Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Account Executives to achieve sales targets
Manage personal sales quota while ensuring team performance
Conduct pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and deal strategy sessions to drive sales effectiveness
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in quota-carrying SaaS sales with a proven track record
2+ years of experience managing inside sales or SMB account executive teams
Experience with a sales cycle of 60-90 days
Familiarity with selling SaaS and mobile solutions with an ACV of $10K-$30K
Proficient in using CRM tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach
